• APH Facilities as described, staff polite & helpful, shuttle bus quick & efficient. Didn't find the directions to the site so easy to follow but otherwise very happy with the service.

• APH Arrived early morning easy to find car park. Dropped car off and was taken to airport straight away. Great service. The service getting back to the facility from the airport was somewhat slower due to the chaos of the traffic at Manchester Airport terminal 3 which isn't their fault. The only thing I would improve would be to give the pick up point marked as 'D' a proper sign post like they have with 'A B & C' as due to the high number of people stood on a central reservation pick up point 'D' was on a A board stood on the pavement hidden by everyone queing !!

• APH We parked with APH Manchester Airport (Sharston Ind Estate) snd we could not fault them. Everything ran smoothly, on time and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

• APH yes - apart form site froze at payment state x2 and I was unsure payment hand booking had been completed. Time was wasted calling to verify.

• APH The pick up point was very hard to find. Area A, B and C were all together, but area D was across the road with a small sign and hard to find. We missed a bus due to this, and had to call the agency to find it whom also said it was in a bad place.
