• APH Staff and system were good. However when we got home after picking our car up in the dark we found there was a huge dent in the front passenger door. On ringing the company we were told we should have reported the damage before we left?? It was dark and parked very close to the other cars. They did however say report by email the problems with photos and it will take 10 working days for them to respond. I think we know what they will say. Needless to say we will probably never use them again.

• APH Everything went very smoothly. The bus was waiting outside the airport as we came out of arrivals. Couldn’t have been any better. Car parked up in bay close to exit so easy to get out of carpark to go home, saving valuable time. 10 out of 10😀

• APH No problem with the reception when we arrived to park the car the only problem was where the bus drops you off at the airport it drops you outside the airport so no cover so we got wet also it took them over twenty miniuts to pick us up on our return so we got very cold and very wet.
