  • JetParks 3 The barrier didn't recognise my number plate. The call button is not easily visible in the dark and you can see where others have been pressing the wrong thing
    Got through eventually. Luckily no one at the back of me
    The bus arrived quickly
    On return the bus was quick and no problems. Would use again

  • JetParks 3 The staff were fine. The transfer from Terminal 3 to the car park at 21.45 took over 30 minutes. The new route has really increased the time and needs to be adjusted in your advertising.

  • JetParks 3 The road signs to jetparks 3 were atrocious We couldn't find it initially - even though we've used it before, about 6 months ago. Took us almost 30 minutes and several extra miles to find it in the dark. Please ask whoever is responsible to improve!!

  • JetParks 3 Number plate recognition didn't work. Intercom didnt work. Spat token under the car. Nearly hit by a bus when trying to retrieve token. Dozens of tokens on the floor so grabbed a handful. Bus took 30 minutes to terminal (20 minutes driving round the car park).
    On return approx 50-70 people waiting over 40 mins for bus in freezing cold getting very angry. Number plate recognition or intercom didnt work again. Lukily I had picked up a few tokens from under the car (no mention of tokens at all on documents) after a few attempts of asking for money, I found a token that opened the barrier. Probably the worst service at every level. )except for the poor stressed driver who did his best.
