  • JetParks 3 Difficult for your with the roadworks but the wait for the bus to the airport was fairly stressful as waiting an hour.

  • JetParks 3 didn't know car park prices went up nearer to date of travel . didn't see that on the web site and was never informed by travel agents . held back on booking as flight times were changed 3 times , then found price was £90 instead of £60 . the car parking and bus transfers were spot on , no problems .

  • JetParks 3 Car park ok road works a pest. Bus drivers nice staff at barrier helpful as camera not recognise number plate so all good took a while to find parking space and ages to get back to car but all part of holiday

  • JetParks 3 On arrival the car park was very full, but no indication of areas where there may be spaces.In view of size of car park only a limited number of buses. We waited over one hour for a bus some people had been waiting over an hour and a half.Buses passing our stop full advised us that ther was a shortage of drivers.

  • JetParks 3 Not enough buses running while roadworks on .we had to wait at least 25 minutes for bus and some people didn't even manage to get on. Some were left waiting because the bus was full. It took us 70 minutes from the airport juction to got back to terminal .So we missed our flight.

  • JetParks 3 Not very good I arrived at the bus stop on my return at 2.40 and the bus arrived at 3.25 full of high rate travellers.
    I know the road works play a part in these delays but according the driver there where only 2 buses working that day which is clearly not enough.

  • JetParks 3 It took over an hour for a shuttle bus for Jet Parks 3 to arrive. We were then taken to terminal 3 and told to get on another bus in front. We had to move all our luggage. This bus then needed another driver. Arrived at car park over an hour and a half after exiting airport. Really poor service. Even the driver told passengers to complain!

  • JetParks 3 Following the directions given, which were the same as 2 years ago, I was directed to the staff car park. It was 4am and we just followed those directions, not seeing the signs. The numberplate recognition did not work, nor did scanning the booking confirmation. It was only a friendly staff member who put us right after 10 minutes of trying that we eventually found the correct parking. After that it was plain sailing to park and get to the airport.
    I believe this change should have been circulated when it happened and not have to find out on the day.
