  • JetParks 3 Entry gate never recognised my vehicles registration. Whilst waiting at the gate had a very irate bus driver blowing his horn at me. During roadworks there should have been more bus services to jet parks 3. Almost missed the flight due to the bus delays

  • JetParks 3 Took about 10 mins to get in to the carpark no staff on site waited appox 45 mins for bus on return waited appox 30mins for a bus that was meant to every 15 mins

  • JetParks 3 Only reason scored low was due to roadworks on airport which effect JP3 location. Had we been in 1 or 2 then as usual the score would have been 8+. Felt sorry for your drivers as am sure there would have been other users who weren’t as understanding as us. That said if we knew someone who was travelling to Manchester do fly would advise not to use JP3/ringway at present due to waiting times etc. Am sure once all done service will go back to normal.

  • JetParks 3 Even though we set off really early road works just before the car park and the fact that the car park was almost full making it very difficult to find a space coupled with transfer buses being as rare as hen,s teeth and slower than arthritic snails made us very nearly late for check in. On leaving the car park the number plate recognition didn’t work. All in all really poor and I will never use this facility again.

  • JetParks 3 The journey from car park to airport was absolutely fine, but the journey back was dreadful, waited 25 mins for the shuttle bus and it took an eternity to reach our destination in jet parks 3. Not helped by the 4 way traffic lights during the roadworks

    This caused it to be far longer than 15 minutes between shuttles, there was no adjustment in service or warning of this.
    Ill pay extra to park on site next time.

  • JetParks 3 The bus was at the stand as we got out of the terminal to go to Jet Park 3, as we approached the bus it set off with 2 people on board, we had to wait 30 minutes to get another one.

  • JetParks 3 We had to wait 45 minutes for a bus to arrive to take us to the terminal, that was having been stuck in traffic due to road works outside the jet parks parking. We only just got to the terminal in time to check in for the flight. It would have been good to be informed about the roadworks prior to us booking the parking so we could have allowed extra time!!!!
