    Would have liked to be kept up to date with roadworks, had to follow diversions as a lot of one way traffic signals in operation. Advance notice. Really busy coming back and the bus was full, passengers standing with cars, hard to see stop and get off the bus with cases.

  • JetParks 3 Jet parks 3 was an absolute nightmare- it took over 20 mins to find a space. The one I found wasn’t ideal but was the only option. The signs were incorrect starting there was spaces in w and there wasn’t which wasn’t helpful. The bus on the way back was so full we had to wait for the next one. Plus the roadworks, I wouldn’t use jetparks 3 again.

    Difficulty in finding a parking space in the day of departure. It took us 20 minutes to find one.
    Poor quality of the pathway from parking to the bus stop, which caused damage to our luggage.

    I was stopped at the barrier and an extra £15 pound charge was requested by the machine. After 5 - 10 minutes the person at the end of the barrier communicator opend the gate without charge.

  • JetParks 3 We have used BCP regularly over the last five years. In October 17 we had to wait 25 min for a jetparks3 bus and then two came together,
    In January18 exactly the same - a long wait then two buses together, the first is full-the second has an empty run ! 29th march 18 worst experience yet - waited 40 min !! for a jetparks 3 bus, then two came within a minute or so followed by a third - first bus very crowded second and third had empty runs ! Took a long time to board as driver didn't open middle doors at terminal 3 so all passengers had to leave by front door - not helpful at all ! Some drivers need to focus more on passenger service rather than making their own job easier at the expense of customer convenience which seems to be the case far too often

  • JetParks 3 The whole setup is good. We’ve used you for a number of years without any complaints. There does seem to be a delay on occasions when we have tried to contact you at the barriers. Unfortunately the road works out side of the park was a problem but that was not your doing. Perhaps you could give a guide as to the potential delay that travellers are likely to expect on the shuttle service in these circumstances.
