• JetParks 3 Too big , took too long for pick up, felt isolated , then took an age to get out going round all the other stops, when returning, bus came quickly , driver friendly, took us to our bus stop 92 area w5 but then it was difficult to find the exit

• JetParks 3 Everything just as described. I would say just give yourself a bit of extra time to park up as it is a massive car park and is very busy. Have used Jetparks 3 a few times and have another couple booked for next year.

• JetParks 3 On arrival back from holiday we found that our car wouldn't start (flat battery!) and one of your shuttle bus drivers contacted the AA for us who were on site - we also phoned your customer service to the same effect and the lady we spoke to was incredibly helpful and contacted your AA man who came shortly afterwards and got us started. Very impressed with all of this and will definitely use you again!
