• JetParks 3 We were welcomed onto the bus by the driver who asked where on the car park we wanted to be dropped off. The bus driver also advised us there had been an accident on the motorway and for us to take an alternative route home.

The main issue was on return we waited minutes for a bus back to car park. Buses to other car parks seemed much more regular. Would potentially use BCP again but would shop around with competitors

• JetParks 3 On the journey back from the airport had to wait half an hour for the bus. Then two came along. Crammed into the bus. Hard work, when you have a little one. There were another two families on the bus who also said they wouldn't be using your company again. There was plenty of buses for Jet Parks 1 and 2 but not 3. It's terrible having to wait so long for the bus especially when you have another 3 hour car journey

• JetParks 3 We have used Jet park3 many time but the last 2 trips have been horrendous waiting at leased minutes if not longer, at the airport for the return bus to the car park ( the last one in the pouring rain as the shelter was full of waiting passengers),when the bus did arrive it was packed to capacity and the driver radio in to say more buses where needed as he was having to leave passengers as the bus was full. More buses are needed at peak times. We had booked for two cars one for our daughter returning a week after us, I hope she doesn't have the same experience we had, this being there first experience of using your facilities.

• JetParks 3 We had to wait nearly an hour for the shuttle bus. The busses were only dropping off and nobody would tell me anything. This problem left us with very little time when we arrived at the airport because the whole place was chaotic and we had to be hurried through security to get the plane.. A friend who parked in Jet Parks 2 had no problems at all, there seemed to be more shuttles than usual. We have had no problems in the past and have booked with you again so hopefully this will not happen again. It was not a good start to the holiday.

• JetParks 3 The exit barrier nearest the runway at jet parks 3 Manchester didn't initially recognise my licence plate, I had to reverse out of the exit queue to get in to my boot and find my paperwork, once I had I approached a different barrier which did read my plate and I was on my way.

• JetParks 3 We were at bus stop for mins. Three buses passed by full of passengers, one with a sign 'drop off only'. We were very worried that we would miss our plane. Obviously, the last bus stop on the car park presents a problem.
