I will use Jet Park 1+2 in future.I have never had these problems during periods of high demand before. Sorry to be negative but past experiences have been so good ! X

• JetParks 3 On arrival home the bus arrived and drove straight past a very large queue and never stopped to ask anyone if the wanted the bus. We had to wait a further mins for the next bus even after to complaining to one of the other drivers who was not at all bothered

• JetParks 3 We waited minutes to be picked up on our return home from Cyprus, in the pouring rain with a 2 year old. The service is supposed to run every minutes. Most annoying!

• JetParks 3 We waited half an hour for pick up after our holiday. A Jet Parks 1&2 bus arrived, two Jet Parks 2 buses and two Ringway buses. A couple with two young boys had been waiting for minutes, as did my son after returning from holiday five days earlier. He has a two year old and it was pouring with rain. Not what I expected from BCP who I have booked with several times previously. Very disappointed.

• JetParks 3 The only issue we had was on arrival - unclear whether you can use one lane or both lanes as one says it's for buses, and someone got stuck at the barrier and caused a large queue which held us up. Other than that brilliant service, especially the driver on our bus on our outbound journey he helped us on with our bags

• JetParks 3 We had no problem from parking to alighting the bus on our way to the airport. There were a few issues coming back as there were a lot of people converging to get on the bus at the same time. People were getting irate as the door to allow passengers on was not at the head of the queue.
