  • JetParks 3 Not enough buses one every minutes not acceptable. People standing in front of the bus because they had waited over an hour and were frantic because they would miss their flight. Not enough car parking spaces. Took minutes to find a small space. Very disappointed not the standard we had the last time we used your car parking.

  • JetParks 3 It was easy to find a space this time. As the parking area is so vast, I find a helpful tip that may be worth putting on the paperwork would be to take a photo of your bus stop for ease of finding your correct area on your return 😊

  • JetParks 3 After a long flight we waited over half an hour at T2 for a bus to take us back to Jetpark 3 to collect our car. No explanations or apologies from the driver. Very disappointed. Will not book off-airport parking again.

  • JetParks 3 No it didn't go smoothly at all! When we got to the airport (Luckily far to early)locked our car up and headed to a bus stop to find a bus not stopping for us! So at this point we didn't think anything of it, just thought he hadn't seen us! So waited at the bus stop and thought there should be anpther bus along in about mins? So waited! mins later still No bus!! Sob walked closer to the entrance waited another mins by this time there were a lot of high-rate people waiting to get on a bus!When a bus eventually came(I felt sorry for the bus driver......) So we waited for a bus to come for 1 hour and 5 minutes in the end by the time we got through baggage drop off and customs we were being called for boarding onto our plane! And arrived VERY wound up,hot and angry!!

  • JetParks 3 The trip to the airport was a complete nightmare. After waiting over an hour for a bus in the pouring rain (when the website assured me there would be a bus every minutes), the next bus to arrive was already too full and wouldn't take any more passengers. When the next bus arrived minutes later, we had walked right to the top of the park in the rain to make sure we would get a place ok the bus. Again the bus driver wasn't keen to let anyone in the bus, it was only until we explained that we would miss our flight that he let us on. The bus was then too full and the dozens of people waiting at further stops, some there before us, were left behind. In the end, we just about made the flight but I can guarentee there will be many at the park who did miss their flight. Needless to say I won't be booking again.

  • JetParks 3 Waited mins for bus. No info provided as to delays. Would have been helpful for info to have been posted at the bus stop to say delays in transfer to jet parks 3 due to ongoing roadworks. Arrived for car 1 hour later.

  • JetParks 3 On arrival the number plate recognition system did not recognise our car, so we spoke to the operator by the call button after a few questions and answers he found that we had booked he said to take the token we told him there was no token he tried again same result, so he opened the barrier and let us in. On departing 2 weeks later the number plate was not recognised again so we talked to the operator again we told him it happened on the way in, he asked us to put token in we told him we did not get one on the way in and he eventually let us out. After over 7 hours of travelling the last thing you need is an automated system that does not work and a man who has got out details on his computer system still asking questions when it is obvious we have paid. Very frustrating.

  • JetParks 3 having not used Manchester parking before i was a little nervous, however your instructions provided were very clear and i found the car park with no problems. bus pick up arrived within 5 minutes and was a very smooth transfer to the airport. easily found transfer on return to the airport also.
