  Bus got blocked leaving with car driver barrier would not open for them in bus lane for whatever reason.
  As a suggestion why not leave bus lane barrier for bus only we had a ten minute wait and people on bus were getting irritated the driver did go and check but he did not want to get involved in the drivers dispute and the barrier not lifting

• JetParks 3 Have used Jet Parks 3 before no problem. This time however I had great difficulty finding a space in fact I waited until the bus came round and used the vacated space of the returning customer.This time I was not happy

• JetParks 3 Outbound the service was fine, but on our return, after an overnight flight, my partner, being pushed in a wheelchair by uniformed airport staff tried to stop the coach leaving, both her and the staff member waved from 25 foot off, yet the driver ignored them and drove off, even though the bus wasnt any where full. The next driver was more than helpful helping us with all our luggage. Restored our faith in the service a bit

• JetParks 3 I thought I was in W3 in fact was in W4. A lovely man driving round in a 4by4 made me hop in and then we drove round till we found my car . At 2am and at 78 years old I was panicking .Thanks BCP Ill be more careful in future

• JetParks 3 I've used Jet park 3 at manchester before. I found it fine again this time. My only reservation on recommending it is that some people might be put off or concerned about using it in the hours of darkness even though it is reasonably well lit because there are sometimes very few people about at those times.
