• JetParks 3 Staff extremely helpful and facilities very easy to use. The only problem we have each year is it doesn't recognise the number plate on arrival. So always end up pressing for assistance.

• JetParks 3 Upon arrival the board said that only 'V' had spaces available so we went to this area. Drove round for an hour trying to find a space as some cars had parked over two spaces which meant there was not enough room. I ended up parking in a small space which was not even a space. On the way out i noticed that the board again said there was only spaces again left in 'V' and the other areas were full, however when driving out I saw plenty of spaces in the areas which supposedly had none. Not happy at all as it meant we were very nearly late to check in at the airport. No clear indication as to where help could be found or how to get in touch if anything like this was to happen. Will not use again.

• JetParks 3 Quite straight forward. Like the fact you don't need to mess about with tickets. Didn't like the fact it was very full and difficult to find parking space even though it was reading a few vacancies. Maybe issue allocated parking spaces?

• JetParks 3 We stood outside terminal 1 for over half an hour waiting for your shuttle bus for jet parks 3 . Along with a que of people a lot of which did not manage to fit on the bus even when it arrived ! I'd asked other jet park drivers where our bus was they tried on the two way to reach him but he had no reply ! The wife was in the proses of ordering a taxi to take us to the car park when it arrived .

• JetParks 3 The car park was adequate and as described but I would have liked a contact at the car park to con firm my details. Sadly I entered the wrong return date in my booking and had to make a surcharge payment when I returned. This is no fault of yours but it made the parking expensive inn the end. If I'd had contact at the car park before departure the error may have been spotted and rectified
