  • JetParks 3 BCP booking process is simplicity itself.
    Jetparks 3 at Manchester had very efficient transfers to and from terminal. Could do with some indication where there is parking space on arrival because the car park is huge and all spaces were full for some distance.

  • JetParks 3 Now I know what to do, I would use again but only down to the price. There is no indication of how long you will have to wait for a bus either in the car park or at the terminal and there doesn't seem to be enough buses running when a few flights come in at the same time.

  • JetParks 3 The drivers are always very pleasant, polite and helpful. I always use Jet Parks 3, but since the new layout, the buses now take a different route around the park which can be confusing, especially when it's dark. Would it be possible for the drivers to announce which section they are in and the next bus stop number.

  • JetParks 3 Thank you BCP everything went very smoothly both on arrival and when we arrived back in the UK on 9th Nov. In fact, as we emerged from the Terminal around 11pm the bus was drawing away and when the driver saw us running (with cases in tow) he very kindly stopped and allowed us to get on to the bus. Grateful thanks to your driver.

  • JetParks 3 When checking with the bus driver taking us to our terminal, he told us we were not departing from terminal 2, which I asked him to confirm. He looked at his sheet and insisted we were to go to terminal 1. This was for a flight to Alicante with Monach. Needless to say he was incorrect and it meant 2 pensioners, panicking and walking with suitcases a considerably long way from one terminal to the next.

  • JetParks 3 Had to wait outside of Arrivals at Manchester for over 40 minutes for a shuttle bus to Jet Parks 3!The driver then let too many people on the bus,so was over-crowded.with luggage strewn across the entire aisle.A health and safety nightmare!

  • JetParks 3 Everything went smoothly, the bus came when stated, didn't speak to any staff so can't comment. Only criticism was the lack of signs to the carpark from the airport. We got completely lost and ended up on the motorway back out of Manchester.

  • JetParks 3 I have used the car park service numerous times, the last two times i had to change my car to that of the one originally booked in, bth times i changed the details on the website using my code, but the barrier did not let me in, i had to contact personnel before the barrier was lifetd, this should not be the case
