• JetParks 1 We arrived at the car park and as we were pulling up one of the busses had just pulled off. We waited, and waited eventually 35 minutes after arriving a bus came past only for it to drive past the stop. 45/50 minutes we had to wait for a bus which are on your website supposedly every 15 minutes. This wasn't a good start to my holiday as I had 2 children with me waiting and panic I get thinking we were going to be late for check in. It is highly unlikely that I will use this again.

• JetParks 1 This is the first time I have ever parked my car in any car park but I was very pleasantly surprised about the efficiency with which you run your services. The car park at Jet Jet 1 car park was just fantastic and your shuttle service was ACE. I could not believe how easily it was to leave a car in a public but private car park. The directions you gave to get to the car park were also very clear and straightforward. Congratulations! I was very glad to have come across your company and I will certainly recommend your services to all my friends

• JetParks 1 Staff? What staff? It could not be easier though! So easy to find. Not so easy to park this time though. I think we got the last space in there! Reasonable cost.

• JetParks 1 Everything was adequate for the parking. However I do have a couple of gripes. The first being the bus driver that picked up on our outward journey smelt of alcohol and wasn't very polite. I said good morning when boarding the bus but was ignored. The other passengers that joined up at the next car park were told to put their cases in the racks in an abrupt manner. Not what you need at 4:30am.
  The bus on our way back to car park didn't have many seats at all and the ones it did have were taken. This proved to be a little awkward being pregnant and with a toddler.
  However this wouldn't stop me is booking with you again.

• JetParks 1 We waited 25 mins for a bus to the terminal on Friday morning when asked the driver why he replied short staffed. Then 1/2 hour on return it was unbeliveable, everybody was complaining. Next time will book meet and greet. Jet Parks 1 needs renovating took ages to find a space. Would not book with Jet Parks again.

• JetParks 1 Everything was fine except for a very surly grumpy shuttle us driver who took us past the stop where we wanted to alight. Though I was beside him with my luggage on the bus platform he protested the bell had not been sounded. There were only four passengers on the bus.

• JetParks 1 If using Jet Park 1 for Terminal 2 beware that the bus will visit other terminals first so need plenty of time to allow for wait for bus (in our case was 15mins) followed by tour of air terminals.

• JetParks 1 Bus took a long time (over 20 mins) to pick me up when it was stated 5 mins 'transfer' on website. You should include max wait PLUS transfer time so people can plan better. I don't mind waiting but it made it difficult, especially as we were traveling with a toddler.
