• JetParks 1 THE POSTCODE M90 5AZ DID NOT TAKE US TO THE JETPARKS 1 CAR PARK. THIS NEEDS LOOKING AT. LUCKILY I GOOGLES JETPARKS 1 AND FOUND IT TO BE ON THORLEY LANE. THAT WAY I FOUND IT. SOME PEOPLE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DO THAT AND COULD GET LOST. WE ENDED UP BEING RUSHED THROUGH CHECK IN AND SECURITY WITH 15 MINS TO GO TO CATCH OUR PLANE.

• JetParks 1 There was 2 people that had been delayed and turned up a little later than they said they would, and they was told they needed to pay another £20 or they couldn't leave the car park. I thought this was very under handed and if that was to happen to me (which it may do in the future) due to a flight delay, then I would not be very happy. I wanted nothing more than to go home as it was 4am in the morning and I couldn't because you was stopping people leaving. For this reason I would look at my choices next time any maybe not use the car park.

• JetParks 1 everything is fine and the buses efficient to get you to the terminals . only thing i would want improving is the tarmac , big puddles everywhere and with suitcases getting wet this is not ideal .

• JetParks 1 Carpark was muddy and waterlogged. Bus shuttle was actually every 15 mins and only 5 mins journey so thumbs up
  It would help to provide the correct postcode for the actual carpark instead of landing customers onto an industrial estate and also put up some clear signage with directions to the car park. I would book again now I know where it is!

• JetParks 1 Only issue i have is that on the journey to the airport the driver went around the the terminals, wheb it a=was apparent that all the passengers on the bus were for terminal 2 in my opinion if he had asked the passengers which terminal they were flying from would have saved time

• JetParks 1 Yes, smooth service and staff helpful but journey from JP1 via JP2 and other terminals took over 20minutes rather than the advertised 5 minutes.. This had little to do with the road works.
