• JetParks 1 Departure - Shuttle bus driver saw us parking and waited for us which was nice. Arrival - Experience one of the longest waits ever which wasn’t good. Hence average mark of 7.

• JetParks 1 Really convenient location to the airport. On arrival and exit the barrier failed to read my registration plate, but pressed the button and the staff were very quick to help and raise the barrier. The lady driver on the transfer bus was also really friendly and full of personality.

• JetParks 1 The car park surface is appalling. Full of pot holes. Crush and run material. Overall not much better than parking in a field. Stepped out of car into 3 inch deep puddles each side.

• JetParks 1 Have used BCP/Jetparks 1 at Manchester many times, particularly for skiing holidays - in the main happy with the service. However, on this occasion extremely disappointed. On arrival barrier would not raise ? Failed to recognise number plate despite pre booking. Attendants informed us "token jammed" & on return to use telephone facility at barrier to be released from car park.
  At pick up point at Terminal 2, second in the queue, bus driver allowed us to get on the bus with 2 bags + 2 ski bags then to inform us skis not allowed - 2 customers in front of us allowed on with ski bags. Bags could stay on the bus but skis not allowed & informed would have to wait for next bus. At which point we had to disembark with luggage & skiis. This is not funny & the young male bus driver certainly had an attitude problem - I was not impressed by the abrupt manner in which he dealt with us. Forgive me but surely the transfers, particularly at this time of year/ given winter holidays should expect to carry more than 2 pairs of skiis per bus!! As is our past experience. Eventually we arrived back at the car park & did manage to extricate ourselves - not amused at 10 at night. Can we be assured should we book again this problem won't reoccur?

• JetParks 1 Difficult to find Jet Park 1 when not coming from motorway (Manchester Airport). No signs at all indicating the car park. We eventually had to go back onto the motorway to the next junction and follow it in that way in order to find the car park. This added a significant amount of time to our journey.
