You are no different to any other service really; nothing stands out about your service that would make me recommend you above any other park operator. Basic formula for volume car park. Needs more resources to improve and this will not happen as you want to maximize profit! will probably use again but through necessity and cost, not choice, same as with other operators.

• JetParks 1 Car park handy for the terminal. Good price. Only had to wait a couple of minutes for shuttle bus. Parking areas are not hard surface and therefore a bit mucky in wet weather.

• JetParks 1 I always use Jetparks, unfortunately on this occasion the bus took 35 minuets to arrive, It was freezing cold temperatures which didn't help, all the other buses were coming and going ok, I did explain to the couple with us that it doesn't usually take this long for the bus to arrive.

• JetParks 1 Car park was muddy and full of puddles, the coach driver did not stop when we rung the bell and dropped us off at the end of the car park ,so we had to drag our cases through the wet to our car that was parked on the other side.

• JetParks 1 The park was OK. However had problems exiting the park. Entered park via recognition of registration plate, on leaving park the system did not work. The area around the barrier was poorly lighted,dark and dismal. Not clearly signed as to what to do should the system, fail. Spoke to a chap in nearby building who was not particularly helpful.Said he could not help. Went back to barrier and tried pressing various buttons.Eventually a remote person spoke to me and after giving him various details he let me out. Have used the park previously via BCP with no problems. However the park appears to be in a poor state of repair. It is time the Airport smartened it up and made it more comfortable for the paying users of the facility.

• JetParks 1 I booked long stay 1/3 through BCP but when i arrived the car park was a staff car with no bus service and no security barrier. On return had to walk to car park to collect car. I should have been informed prior to departure or moved to another car park.
