  • JetParks 1 Everything is as stated. We have used the service several times, any time there has been a hitch it's been sorted easily. Why not allow purchase of 6 hour slot on return to remove worry of flight delay. Could make refundable on next purchase.p

  • JetParks 1 Booked Jetparks1 months ago. When we arrived around 04-00 hours, found it was closed off and we were diverted to Jetparks 2?????? No signs on way in only saw a person in a car who came and told us. Lucky we were well on time. Not clear then which way to go. Would have been nice to have been informed about 24 hours before. No problems when arrived at Jetparks 2. Will definitely use you again.

  • JetParks 1 We parked up in CP1 but there was no bus to pick us up from the airport when we got back one of your drivers told us it was only service personal only we when to see the driver showed him the letter and he run us back to CP1 and we picked up our car and drove off but there was no security anyone could have taken my car while we were away what did I pay for I could have left it at the side of the road not happy with your system at all

  • JetParks 1 Went to Jet Park 1Thorley Lane ( booked with you ) Ref OKM30 at 3-30am on the 1st October to find it was a STAFF CAR PARK. Was told by a bus driver to try JET PARK 2 further down the road, thank God it let us in, nobody told me a bout this change it was very stressful at that time of the morning. Not happy that we weren’t informed.

  • JetParks 1 Brilliant parking, BUT, the barrier never works on number plate recognition or code on paperwork going in, always have to press button and same going out, not a big thing but needs addressing, 50/50 if we’d use again

  • JetParks 1 Did not see ant staff but barrier not working on arrival so had to press button for assistance but soon sorted. Barrier had been taken down on our return but no overall problems.

  • JetParks 1 Had booked into Jetparks 1. Were emailed to say we had been moved to Jetparks 2. When we got there our number plate was nor recognised so couldn’t get in. Finally spoke to someone who said our booking had not been changed over from Jetparks 1, so he changed it for us and finally the barrier went up. When we got back from our hol the barrier would not go up to let us out. When we pressed the help button we got no response. Finally a bus came along. The driver eventually got through to someone on his phone and got the barrier lifted. We were not impressed.

On arrival we were unable to enter the car park we were told to go to.It took us a while for the attendant to find our booking and get us into the car park The information wasn't transferred over. But it by is it getting so expensive to park at Manchester airport. It's soared in the last year.

  • JetParks 1 No where near as good as it used to be. Will not be using again. Facilities not as good anymore. Not much lighting working when we arrived in the dark. Buses not as regular as they used to be. We had a flat battery when we came back and had to wait 1 hour and 20 minuets before someone came to us. My husband used the barrier call button at least 4 times as the kept telling us it would be sorted in 10-15 minutes. In the end an AA man who had come for someone else go use sorted. Only time in years of using car park have we needed this service and it was way below standards we expected.

    Car park needs tarmac difficult to pull heavy cases on stone.

  • JetParks 1 Jet Parks 1 Manchester on arrival was full. So waited half an hour to be re directed to Jet Parks 2 Manchester. Rather frustrating because the delay creates anxiety when you have a plane to catch. Luckily we arrived in good time but others may have had a problem. On our return we had no issues and left the car park easily. The car parks are being affected by the construction work at Manchester airport apparently and this will continue for some time. Others should arrive in good time.

  • JetParks 1 Very poor quality of road surface in parking area - required to park in muddy area, then needed to walk through mud and puddles, not the best start!
    Required to wait 25 minutes for shuttle bus, which was far too long in cold/wet weather.
    Return journey was much more efficient.

  • JetParks 1 The terminal 3 bus stop did not show which bus we needed for jet parks 1. The bus was too full. And the bus driver did now announce which bus stop we had got to once we had got to the park. And it was very dark outside and overcrowded inside.
