• JetParks 1 easy to find at 5.00am in the dark bus stops clearly marked.Better than having to phone up on return and wait for a pickup just to go to the bus stop and wait 10mins for the bus to arrive the only down side was that it had been raining and the car park was full of muddy puddles and the case wheels were muddy but apart from that well worth the cost payed

• JetParks 1 The car park (Jet Parks 2) is full of large potholes which could cause damage to tyres and, when filled with rainwater, cause dirty splashes to own and cars being passed. On return journey driver let us get off at wrong car park even though we told him we were parked in area K4. This led to a ten minute wait for the next bus to get to the correct park. (The lady bus driver was excellent.) The barriers using ANPR are very good. Would use BCP again but not this car park.

• JetParks 1 Awful car park, no spaces so had drive round many times and at bus stop had to wait a long time as bus that came was full and could take no more passengers. We will pay a little more next time as there are better carparks available.

• JetParks 1 Where we parked was very full and we struggled to find a space also the road was very bumpy as it was just mud with big puddles as it had been raining. But other than that I would use the car park again as its very easy to get to, safe and quick to get to the airport.

• JetParks 1 The service was excellent, good clear directions, easy to find and book on line.when at the car park it was busy but we managed to find parking the bays were illuminated and numbered so that was great. My only feedback is that the surface was very pot hole ridden and because it was raining very muddy, I left my car parked in a huge puddle, which I was not to happy about considering it was going to be stood there for a week, otherwise brilliant thanks

• JetParks 1 The car park at Jet Parks Terminal 2, Manchester, was terrible - there were huge potholes throughout the car park. Basically it needs resurfacing. Car park was incredibly busy and cars had to resort to parking wherever there was the tiniest bit of space. Not very well run or organised. Cheap price was the only positive.

• JetParks 1 This is the 2nd year we have used you and everything was above board and perfect. The parking just is the start of your holiday and if all that goes smoothly then it helps. The regular buses to the terminals are all clean and gets you to where you want to be in good time.

• JetParks 1 The parking surface is in extremely poor condition, with deep ruts and mud. Not pleasant for walking through and dragging cases. On our return, we waited for over 20 mins for the bus, which was overcrowded. The driver was helpful though.
