• JetParks 1 My booking was changed from jetspark1 to jetspark3 - a lot further from the terminal than what the initial booking information quoted. The park itself was too big, difficult to find a space and we had 20 minutes to wait for the bus to take us to the terminal. It is unlikely we will use this facility again

• JetParks 1 the car parks are badly potholed and full of water. it was quite unnerving driving through them as I couldnt see how deep they were. the suitcases ended up very muddy as they had to be wheeled across this surface. the bus drivers were very friendly and helpful.

  Nowhere to park, had to follow peple off bus to find a space.
  Car park full of puddles.
  On return to W4 on top level couldn't find way ou with car. No exit signs for cars.
  Might book again because we know the roads around.
  Hope disruptions mean improvements at a future date.

• JetParks 1 The carpark was in a terrible state of repair and actually damaged the underside of my car. I was unable to find a space and eventually had to park in a disabled space..
  There were no staff anywhere in the carpark. The buses were convenient and regular.

• JetParks 1 The only minor problem is the actual parking surface, there had been a lot of rain while we were away on holiday and, due to the uneven stone chipping surface, my car was surrounded by water. I know the cost of providing a flat tarmac surface is expensive but perhaps it would be worthwhile thinking about for the future.

• JetParks 1 Have always used BCP when flying from manchester as it very close to the airport with good and frequent shuttle transfer. However the car park surface is very poor with some very deep potholes, but we knew that when we booked. Have heard that from Oct/Nov 2012 this car park will close so will have to look elsewhere for airport parking.
