  • JetParks 1 from dropping the car off we had a3 or 4 minuite wait for the bus, it took us about 4 minuites to get to terminal 2 the bus dropped us off right out side the door. on return we had a ten minuite wait for the bus and the driver was fantastic he couldn't do enough for the passengers he helped them stack there cases in the racks no other driver as ever done this it was nice to see in this day and age would recomend to anyone

  • JetParks 1 Struggled to find a car park space on day of departure. Car park flooded. Luckily had plenty of time to catch flight. Not the only ones who struggled with this and no help or guidance provided by staff.

  • JetParks 1 A sign to say how many parking spaces are empty in the car park. When we arrived at car park 2 we had to drive around for 20 minutes to find a space, luckily we found 1 but other drivers didn't manage to get one. They ended up going to car park 1. If they had known that the car par was full then they would have automatically gone to car park 1.

  • JetParks 1 Not a lot of spaces left, huge puddles in car park. Waited around 20 minutes for return bus to Jet park 1, plenty of buses to other Jetparks.Would not use again.

  • JetParks 1 very impressed with number plate recognition made entering and leaving the car park so easy! Well done. We had a couple with us who normally fly from Newcastle but their first experience of flying from Manchester. They were so impressed at how easy it was to use jet Parks 1 and 2.

  • JetParks 1 It was very straightforward - our car registration was automatically recognized so we went straight on to the car park, then we got the bus to the terminal. Staff were friendly and helpful.

  • JetParks 1 I pre booked on Jet Parks 1/2 specifically to be near Terminal 2. On arrival at park 2 the number plate recognition did not work and on calling the attendant I was duly told the park was full and was directed to park no 3. This park is on the other side of the airport well away from the terminals and therefore took us much longer to get to check in -it added approx 30 minutes to our journey. This also meant a much longer time to collect the car on our return journey.

  • JetParks 1 Shocking The boom gate open to let us in Only to find that there wasnt a single packing space available. There was not asingle person around to tell us to go somewhere else Eventually we found someone in the gate house.The roadways were full of pot holes. Far to many cars in the park making it difficult to gain access to anywhere. We eventually went to the next park where we told there were only 21 spaces available by your mobile car attendent. Luckily We managed to find a spot. The parking exercise took us 45 minutes.

  • JetParks 1 Potholes need filling in, my car was pretty much surrounded by water and had to move it to load luggage and for my wife and son to get in.
