• JetParks 1 The driver of the bus from the car park to the airport did not announce that we had to get off at a different terminal and walk to terminal 1. There were about passengers on the bus with the same problem. The drivers attitude was basically "tough , I did announce it and you will have to go all the way back to the car park if you want to get to terminal one drop" This was not acceptable behaviour.

• JetParks 1 We found it poorly signposted on the main roads. The signs are too small with just jp1. when you don't use a satnav you need bold signs. It didn't help with extensive road works in the area. Once off the road we found it ok with large familiar sign and as usual we had no problems with the barriers and the bus service regular and efficient.

• JetParks 1 The wait for the bus was too long in both directions. Advertised as every minutes. It most definitely is not !!!

• JetParks 1 I always use BCP, but normally choose meet and greet, however this time chose jetpark 1. Did not enjoy the experience, found it stressful getting to the airport, it took minutes from parking up to arriving at check in. Upon return another minutes from exiting the arrivals hall to arriving back at the car. Next time will probably use meet and greet.

• JetParks 1 Barrier not working when arrived, gravel car park so hard to pull cases on so struggled to carry them to the car. Only one bus on when we arrived back to Manchester so waited ages to get back to the car

• JetParks 1 Going out was good as usual, coming home was appalling. We stood at the bus stop from.30pm until.55pm before a bus came for jet parks 1. We saw 2 buses for jet parks 3 and 2 buses for ringway. When we spoke to on of the drivers to see if they could find out wat was happening the didn't seem to be interested. Will not use again if this is the way things are going. We have used this parking for years with no problems

• JetParks 1 We waited over minutes for a bus when we arrived at about 3am in the morning and we landed at 2pm in the afternoon we waited nearly minutes for a bus. I contacted your office who told me buses were every minutes. I had young children with me that were tired and I told your agent we had already waited minutes and I wanted to know when the bus would be here, by this time there were a large number of fed up holiday makers wanting to get home, but your agent was unhelpful to the point she put the phone down on me. If you cannot supply buses every15 minutes please do not put it as part of your policy!
