• JetParks 1 The bus driver was very helpful. He asked whereabouts we were parked and dropped us off next to my car. Very helpful when I suffer with arthritis and it is difficult to carry suitcases.

• JetParks 1 Directions were accurate to the car park from my direction of travel and we found the car park without any problems.
  On arrival we stopped at the barrier as instructed in the directions sent and after a few seconds the barrier lifted to allow access after the number plate had been scanned/read.
  It was easy to drive round the car park with ample light available and we found a parking spot near to one of the many bus pick-up stops.
  Buses seemed to be running according to the information provided and there was sufficient information displayed at the entry, Bus Pick-Up Stops and Exit.
  Bus journey took minutes (this was pre rush hour) to Terminal 1 and there was plenty of space on the bus for passengers and luggage.
  Return pick-up was just outside the terminal and we only waited for approximately 5 minutes for a bus to arrive.
  Once again, there was plenty of room on the bus.
  The drivers were both polite and courteous and when a passenger had any questions or required assistance the driver did his best to help.
  The bus dropped us at the Bus Pick-Up Stop and we collected our car without incident.
  Instructions were provided at the barrier for leaving the car park and these were clear and easily understood.
  All in all a very good experience and I would recommend this facility to others.

• JetParks 1 The buses followed a circular route and unfortunately for me, Terminal 2 was the last stop prior to Jetpark 1, which meant it took approx 30 min before I arrived. The return journey was only 5 min.
  Also, the gravel surfaces did make it a bit difficult for pull-along suitcases.
  But overall, it was easy, convenient and affordable.
