• JetParks 1 The directions for JetParks 1 are incorrect. The final instruction should read "JetParks 1 will be on your left" not "on your right".We had an unacceptably long wait at the airport before the bus turned up.Other park buses came and went several times each before Bus 5 arrived and then 2 came at once. This has happened to us before and we may have to look elsewhere in future.

• JetParks 1 The surface of both Jetparks 1and2 needs a major overhaul as it is so rough and difficult to wheel cases along. The whole park needs tarmac. I have been using Jetparks for many years and the surface has not improved. However, the closeness of the car parks to the airport is a big bonus.The bus driver on the way out was superb in helping clients with their luggage.

• JetParks 1 Parking Facilities fine and pickup from arrival home on the 8 Sept OK. Only problem was the pickup from Jet1 car park on our departure on the 28 Aug, some 40 minutes for an airport bus to arrive and lot's of unhappy people due to the delay. Trust this assists and will use BCP again

• JetParks 1 Transfer great, finding the carpark by the post code provided, terrible took us to a dead end!!! Carpark was mych further away than anticipated- the map provided is clearly scaled in favour of jetparks 1.
  I was very disappointed with the fact that I retrieved a quote for longstay 1 within 12 hours (if not less) of requesting it to find that it had increased by £30!! This is the only reason we ended up on jetparks 1.
  I feel let down as we've always raved about BCP to family and friends and feel on this occasion you've fallen short for us.

• JetParks 1 The parking was fine but finding the right car park was confusing. As we arrived slightly early we had to speak to someone to get in - which wasnt a problem, but then we had to speak to someone to leave even though we were leaving within the time specified. The bus transport to the airport was ok but nearly got off at the wrong terminal, but the bus back to the car park was packed full and people had to get off the bus to allow us to get off.

• JetParks 1 On out outward journey the driver was very cheery and helpful. Unfortunately the driver on return was very abrupt and didn't really give passengers a chance to load their heavy cases in the racks without bellowing his requests repeatedly from his seat. Other passengers noticed this and helped each other.

• JetParks 1 we waited about 25 minutes for a car park bus on our return. This after taking about 50 minutes to get through passport control. In my humble opinion Manchester airport has just got too big and the infrastructure can't cope with the huge numbers of passengers anymore.
