• Long Stay NO everything did NOT go smoothly, you gave us parking at Long stay T3 when we told you we were flying Monarch from T2, and, there is NO shuttle bus from this carpark to T2, you failed miserably.

• Long Stay We could not get into the car park as apparently my your software cannot read my registration number plate. We did not know to ring up your operator and tell them that the barrier would not raise as the next instruction you gave us was take a token, which we did. On returning we could not exit until finally we rang your (very helpful) operator. He told us that we had pre-paid about the soft ware.Clarity needed in your instructions about number plates!

• Long Stay First time we had booked are car in we usually get a taxi so when arrived at terminal 1 car park to be told it was fully booked and we would have divert to terminal 2 staff west it wasn't a good start. As we weren't familiar with Manchester airport we ended up back on the motorway going home having to drive quite away to turn back. When we finally found the staff west car park we were a little irate. Which was upsetting for a start to a holiday. We did however find the car park space was very good as my husband I quite picky were her parks his car and the shuttle service was good. But returning home at 2 in the morning having to come from terminal 1 to terminal 2 and trying to find the shuttle wasn't ideal. It has put me off booking again we didn't get what we paid for the staff were helpful it wasn't there fault it was overbooked but it's not good for your first time booking with yourselfs
