  • Long Stay Parking at airports can be stressful (you are chasing time constraints). We have never had any problems with BCP and its reassuring to arrive knowing there will be no problems.

  • Long Stay Have used this twice at Manchester and each time the barrier does not accept the credut card going in and out. so you have to speak with the contoller to let you in or out. Other customers had same problem as us!!!
    At Liverpool there is never this problem Why?

  • Long Stay It was extremely easy to find and due to the close proximity only took a few minutes to get to the terminal. On arrival the barcode wouldn't scan in so we had to contact a member of staff who was very helpful and after a few questions the barrier was raised and a token dropped for use on our return.   • Long Stay At the exit of the car park there were two barriers - it was not clear which to use and the one we tried did not work. We had to reverse and use the other barrier - there are some changes being made at T1/T3 MCR long stay so maybe that was the problem.

  • Long Stay on the whole very good but very slow coming out of carpark, other people didn't seem to understand the process and there was a lot of reversing from the exit barriers, no problem when we finally reached it for us

  • Long Stay BCP's prices were the most competitive, the car park was well positioned and maintained, the barrier service was excellent (as my credit card had changed since booking, so I had to gain entry manually), and there were plenty of spaces available. However, my car did end up with more car parking scratches, a regular occurrence at airport car parks. It would be good if the spaces between cars could be widened, especially as cars get bigger year after year.

  • Long Stay Staff very helpful. The only issue we had was a problem on entry - we did not get a ticket from the machine and I can't remember why but we had to speak to staff to gain entry (I think the QR code did not work). We were told the system worked on number plate recognition but on exit when we did not have a ticket (and had forgotten to try the QR code or debit card) there was no record of our registration. The issue was sorted out quickly however. So just some small issues with the entry/exit system but otherwise very happy with your services

  • Long Stay Found it easy to book - you had sent us a discount as we had used you earlier in the year. Had a car park very near Manchester airport for a reasonable price. We used your travel insurance again which was well priced. Small issue the bar code couldn't be scanned this is the second time its happened to us but the staff who replied to the button were very helpful and no delay getting in or out. Would be useful to have details of shuttle buses - we left via T1 Manchester and returned T2 - bus drivers were very helpful and gave us a bus to ourselves as apparently normally doesnt go from T2 to that car park - also had to ask directions twice inside airport (which weren't accurate - even from a police officer). Would definitely use you again and recommend to others.
