• Long Stay Parking with BCP, ensures you start off on the right note, they are courteous,well organized and very helpful.The site for parking T1/T3 long term is close to the departure area,and the bus service is on time and easily boarded. What more could you ask for?

• Long Stay barrier wouldnt accept credit card so took ticket, however once parked I spoke to a member of staff who booked me in and advised me to scrap the ticket. Upon return the only negative point I would have is that I had to press the call button to speak to someone to come back out and they didnt answer for some time meaning that traffic built up behind us. Apart from this everything else was fine.

• Long Stay The service was easy to use and very convenient. The only hiccup was that the barrier wouldn’t lift when I put my card in. However, it was sorted very quickly; staff were very helpful and efficient.

• Long Stay Going out the machine wouldnt accept my debit card so i had a delay there, coming back not only would it still not accept my debit card but the girl on the help line said she had no record of me anywhere, after about 10 minutes and a number of cars queing behind me she said she found my details on a different system. Not what you want at 6.30am after an 18 hour journey !!

• Long Stay As always an excellent serice at an extreemly good price. Only problem as I've had before is that exit barrier never seems to recognise card used to pay however this is always quickly resolved by a quick call in the intercom

• Long Stay Due to the strikes in Spain we were late getting back, the car parking attendant who I contacted from abroad was very reassuring and this did not cause a problem. It was a relief to know the car was safe and not incurring large charges due to something out of our control.
