• Long Stay Parking worked well. Termal 3 drops are to far from checkin, my elderly mother struggled getting backwards and forwards. Staff were very helpful and the facilities were described well.

• Long Stay This was the first time we have used BCP at Manchester Airport and we found access was easy. The staff were obliging and all transfer bus the pick-up points were convenient to the parking spaces.

• Long Stay Car Park was where they said it was. Bus came just after we parked. on return only had to wait about eight minutes for bus. could not be better, spent few minutes looking for car on return to car park, but it had not moved!
