  • Long Stay The bus service was only ok. It was difficult to get to the bus stops with cases because of the density of the cars parked. On the return journey the attitude of the driver was not good

  • Long Stay arrived at car park and made a mistake and took a ticket, realised what i had done went back to the barrier pressed the button and the voice on the other end was very helpful and sorted it out. no problem. on my return picked up the car and straight home. thank you BCP.

  • Long Stay Everytime I use your carpark at terminal 1 or 2 at manchester it never recognises my car on entry or leaving it's bloody annoying and causes delays. There is no scanners at the carpark so you can't scan the barcode either.

  • Long Stay everything went very smoothly when i parked at manchester long stay carpark. the transfere to the airport was as promised within ten minutes and even though i was late arriving at the car park i still managed to make my flight. i mistakingly took a ticket on arrival and on exit fed it into the machine. the true cost of my 1 week stay should have been £100 and i purchesed it online for less than £40 so the savings are real.

  • Long Stay the staff where very helpful,we got diverted to another carpark which was better for us but hard to find a parking space,it was on the same level as the hired cars so it took us some time to find a space that we were allowed to park in.

  • Long Stay I have used bcp for many many years. At one time you used a loyalty scheme which stored details for next use. Whilst not all loyalty schemes are meaningful this one was saving time entering vehicle details etc. Pity it hasnt come back, I even have the original discount card.
