• Long Stay Long Stay carpark qhich I had prebooked was full but at least a helpful person directed me to the Mult-storey carpark and advised on proceedure for exiting. It dos make me wonder what would have happened if multi-storey carpark had been full which it very nearly was.
  Why was a text message not sent directingme to the multi-storey car park in the first place?

• Long Stay I have used bcp for many years,the service is consistent and realiable.However at one time I was a member which meant details where kept on file negating the need to complete the details on the booking form each time.

• Long Stay My husband and I were quite happy but we arrived 6.30 a.m. Tuesday 11th September and it was difficult to find a vacant parking space but we did eventually. On previous occasions we haven't had a problem and will use this car park again.

• Long Stay Would definitely recommend pre booking with BCP as excellent value for money. My only problem was with the entry and exit barriers which didn't seem to operate as described. Having said that, staff were very prompt and helpful via the intercom service.

• Long Stay All very smooth - convenient. One small thing - on booking details instructions were to scan the printed bar code on arrival. Nowhere to do this at Manchester airport Long Stay - just put credit card in instead (caused a moment's confusion).
