  • Long Stay T2 we had a small problem on exiting the car park. our card was stuck but on pressing the help button this was resolved. we have already booked again for our next trip

  • Long Stay T2 The car booking in arrival instructions were not appropriate to the process for gaining access .... had to ask for help ..... the email suggested scanning bar code or using credit card that was used for booking. Neither worked. Same issues when leaving ... had to ask for help.

  • Long Stay T2 all went well except for the second time i couldnt get the car park barrier to lift ,had to use intercom to talk to car park staff. staff very helpful but what am i doing wrong.tried to scan then tried card no luck.

  • Long Stay T2 Staff really helpful and car park easy to access airport and good parking facilities. Car park ticket wouldn't scan as per instructions because there's no scanner! Change the instructions!! Woudl use again, great bus service.

(I did not have the reference code with me)The same occurred on leaving the car park. However, all staff were really helpful, and BCP provide excellent value for money. Thank you.
