• Long Stay T2 Excellent, very straight forward process,plenty of bus stops on car park so where ever you park up there isnt a long walk back to your car, not too long a wait for the bus at either end, just one minor thing, on arrival to gain entry, scanning my booking confirmation didnt work, neither did using my bank card card but a very friendly lady on the end of the 'help' button was very nice and quickly let me in so not a real big problem, on leaving my bank card worked sraight away to let me out........ drivers on both bus journeys asked me I needed help with my case, I will definately use again, excellent

• Long Stay T2 the barriers did not recognise the credit card that we had paid with on entry and on exit so we had to call for help on both occasions, however the security team were helpful and resolved problem swiftly

• Long Stay T2 Everything went as planned on this trip - On previous trips, my only complaint is that I often have problems by machines not recognising my credit card. This is random and has happened with several cards and in different machines. If you could make this more reliable it would help.

• Long Stay T2 The parking went very smoothly but what we were pleased with was that a few days before we were going we had to change the car we were parking,and the rate was £9 cheaper than when we had booked some 4 weeks prior, this was refunded back into our account without asking which was a nice surprise.
