• Multi Storey We arrived to park early, this wasn’t a problem & there was plenty of spaces to park. The staff were lovely & very friendly & polite & they got us a lovely minibus straight to the airport, perfect.
  On our return I phoned the office to let them know we had arrived & collected our luggage & by the time we had got the lift up to our pick up point our driver was there & we were straight back to the car park. Our car had been prepared, the snow was cleared completely from it, the engine was running & it was lovely & warm.
  What a fantastic service they provide & we’ve already booked for our next trip. We were so impressed & would definitely recommend them without a doubt.

• Multi Storey Number plate recognition did not work going in or going out, but did not cause too many problems. Had to go up to floor 12 before finding a space. But all in all went ok.

• Multi Storey One of the three available lifts was not functioning and we were unable to call one of the other two as they were constantly being used on the lower floors. There should be a system in place to ensure that at least one lift automatically travels to the upper floors. We, and other customers had to walk down the ramps in order to get to departures. Not an ideal situation on a freezing cold morning!
