• Multi Storey Arrival and parking was easy. Clear instructions, barrier rose on entry and all very easy.
  Departure - even though within time slot the barrier didn't raise. Called the barrier help button who took my number plate and let me through so minimal hassle.

• Multi Storey Never had trouble with other airport car parks’ cameras or scanners that I’ve booked through BCD but Manchester T1 multi-storey didn’t recognise my number plate. It also couldn’t scan the code on either the printed version or email version on my phone. I ended up having to ring the buzzer for someone to check and let me in. Luckily it was on an evening and I didn’t have a queue of cars behind me!

• Multi Storey For some reason my number plate is never auto recognised. However, this is always sorted out by staff over the intercom at the barrier. Spaces are tight as are the turns and very scarce. I’ve used this twice and haven’t found a save until the very top level, 13! Location is ideal for checkin and getting on the road quickly.

• Multi Storey Very straightforward booking and getting into carpark which was a relief as we were late. I was concerned about our delayed return (4hours) but we weren't locked in the car park! It would be helpful to know how much leeway we're allowed. Would definitely use again.
