• Multi Storey We couldn't exit the car park. The lady who answered my call let us out but we were at the barrier for 5 minutes .

• Multi Storey When we tried to get out of the carpark we put the orange plastic coin in the slot to exit out of the carpark it spat the coin back out and on the machine the advised we needefvto pay £320.00 😢However we pressed the button to speak to someone who asked for details if our booking luckily i had our booking ref on me so were able to exit without paying but for a few minutes was a bit worried

• Multi Storey I booked airport parking at Manchester airport yet when I got there they had no record of my reservation. My first use of the online chat yielded nothing but a generic response. The second was a little bit better with someone giving me a number to call the airport with, hardly great customer service. The third time Carly from the online chat tried to ring the airport for me and then offered to fax my details through to the airport to confirm my booking. When I arrived back at Manchester they still had no record of my booking and I ended up spendingmins on the carpark intercom with someone explaining my situation. Fortunately they took pity on me and let me out the car park however there was still no record of my booking. Overall I was dissapointed with the service and experience whilst the whole saga provided an unnecessary distraction and annoyance while on holiday and trying to resolve the issue.

• Multi Storey No! The gate did not recognise the Number plate either going in or out. The bar code worked for entering the car park, but we had to 'phone to be let out.

• Multi Storey I HAVE USED BCP FOR A GOOD FEW YEARS ,HAD A PROBLEM ON ENTRY AND ALSO ON EXIT ON MY LAST TRIP BUT THIS WAS SORTED QUICKLY WITH A VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL GUY THROUGH THE SPEAKER PHONE ATTHE BARRIERS.

• Multi Storey The booking was straight forward and I had no issues entering / exiting the car park. Car park is well lit. The short walk from car to checkin is under cover. The only point of confusion is knowing which floor to exit the lift to find the correct checkin desks - the airport authority could improve the signs.
