• Multi Storey Never recognises my number plate either coming in or even worse going out. Asks for full undiscounted amount by credit or debit card.It does get resolved eventually over the intercom but extremely irritating to the build up of traffic behind me and my embarrassment

  when we arrived back there had been a delay at passport control. Parking barrier did not go up it requested £20 more. We pressed the button to be asked did we have a problem entering, checked the reg no opened the barrier and said nothing to us. not polite
