• Multi Storey Everything worked perfectly. My plane was slightly delayed so I was around 70 minutes later than booked leaving the car park and no extra charge was displayed on departure so that was an added bonus.

• Multi Storey I have always used BCP and been happy with the service, however this year's experience was poor. Your guidance notes advised that car park cameras would recognise my car, but they did not. I then scanned the black and white symbol as recommended and this did not work. I then tried the intercom service and an operator raised the barrier and dispensed an orange token. Upon my return to Manchester I inserted the orange token and was advised that I had to pay £140. I used the intercom service again and explained that I had pre-paid. I provide my registration number and was then advised that I had to provide the booking reference number. Given that I expected the orange token to work my reference papers were in the car boot so I then had to search for the papers before using the intercom again. The barrier eventually let me out of the car park. The other confusing aspect was that your guidance notes gave two different post codes for the T1 parking. The first post code was M90 3PY and the other was M90 1PX. I always find that it is not easy to navigate around the airport road system and the parking experience this year made life much more difficult.

• Multi Storey Fantastic, car battery was flat on return from hol and it was dealt with straight away with help from duty manager Andy. Pay meter was quick and easy to use for a 2 week stay at reasonable price, car was secure.
