• Multi Storey Instructions for arrival not as clear as they could have been about collection of parking token so exit barrier tried to charge me as a turn up on the day customer. All sorted at barrier via help call.

• Multi Storey Everything went very well, the check in is just a short walk from the car park. We had to go up one flight of stairs to get to the terminal walkway. It isn't clear whether this happens on all levels or if I had just happened to park on an interim level and if I had gone up or down another level there wouldn't have been any stairs to negotiate. It wasn't a problem for me as I can carry suitcases upstairs, but if someone was elderly or disabled they might not be able to manage stairs. It could be worth stating in the info how to avoid stairs.

• Multi Storey Parking on very early morning arrival at Manchester Airport was perfect - drive up, take token and park. Process on leaving Manchester Airport, very late, was also perfect. Drive up to barrier, put token in and leave. Thanks for such a hassle free and cost effective service.
