• Multi Storey BCP's service was excellent, but the number plate recognition and barcode scanner at Manchester Airport Terminal 1 Multistorey was playing up when we arrived, so we had to ask for help at the barrier. The assistant on the end of the helpline was very quick and helpful in sorting it out and we were soon through the barrier and parked. Coming back, the barrier display informed me that I owed £432.99, which was a bit of a surprise, so I had to use the help button again. Again, the assistant was quick and helpful and manually overrode the system. So much for technology!

  Perhaps you should just remind drivers not to leave their orange disc in the car in ase someone gets wise to the system and breaks into the car and finds the disc which would allow them to leave the car park unchecked.

• Multi Storey The car park (multi stores at T1) was exactly as close as described. However, it was not made very clear exactly where to park as this multi stores carpark caters for hire cars, shirt term parking (I think) etc. However, without hesitation I would use this car park again.
