  • Multi Storey Staff extreamly helpful. My flight home was cancelled due to bad weather my wife rang the carparks people to inform them of my delay spoke to a very helpful lady called Charlotte, I arrived back 24hrs late at no extra charge as the delay was out of my control.

  • Multi Storey Worked like a dream; On approaching Car Park Barrier, the car registration was automatically read and the barrier opened and it dispenced a token.
    On arriving back we popped the token in the barrier and that was that.

  • Multi Storey Used Multi Storey Term 1 Manchester. Each time I have to contact desk to exit giving ref no. Token never works and niether has plate recognition.

  • Multi Storey Very worried when I entered the token at the end of the trip in the machine and it said we owed £140.00. This was quickly resolved but wondered if you could tell me what would have caused this to happen so I can avoid in the future. We were very worried that we had gone in the wrong part of terminal one since we didn't see any BCP signage.

  • Multi Storey There was obviously a new sysytem in place when we arrived at the car park.We were issued with a token - which seems very easy to misplace when you are away on holiday for a period of time - but on our return it did not work and we had to ring the attendant to help us to get out.

  • Multi Storey Manchester Airport Terminal 1 Multi-Storey was full on arrival and I had to drive around for 45 minutes until a space became available which was not a good start to the holiday.

  • Multi Storey Arrival worked well and we got the token without a problem - the car park however was close to capacity and it took at least 10 minutes to find an empty space. Departure was a problem as the token did not work and we had to use the help button to exit the car park. This is not uncommon at Manchester Airport - have had no such problems at Liverpool Airport. However the BCP service is very good and very good value for money.

  • Multi Storey To start our holiday things were ok we had to phone to ask for help but the Guy was very helpful we parked with no trouble level 9 green ok to remember but coming back the machine did not work as well and our token coin got gobbeled and my card was stuck we again phoned up and the needed to speak up nwe could not hear what he was saying but got my card back for me and he lifted the barrier could with the speaker up a notch

  • Multi Storey The barriers at Mcr airport did not work, they did not recognise our number plate nor did the bar code work. The staff however, once explaining we're very helpful

  • Multi Storey Second time used. Brilliant. This year booked car park as soon as confirmed holiday. Very easy on line pocess. Keep the prices affordable and I can see no reason to consider any other reason not to use bcp every time we fly. Thanks.

  • Multi Storey Being able to scan the symbol on entry to the car park and not having to wait to speak to an operator and then try to read the booking reference but we got there in the end and the operator was helpful albeit it took longer than we had anticipated. Yes it did take a few more minutes having to go through the operator and a few more minutes finding a parking space.

  • Multi Storey Yes everything went perfect but we weren't sure if we needed to have the token authorised at a paystation , we took the chance of going straight to exit brier which worked perfect .

  • Multi Storey The barcode scan on entry didn't work properly and I got a token. When I came back and exited the car park it didn't work again, but the lady who I spoke to was very polite and helpful, and it was not a problem.

  • Multi Storey The barrier and token system is a big plus and worked very well indeed.
    On my last couple of visits I have had difficulty getting into and out of the car park with my credit card. The token worked so much better. Very good
