• Multi Storey Car park easy to enter (with bar code, ANPR didn't work) and late return due to cancelled flight caused no problems - helpful staff on intercom. Multi-storey was quite full so finding a slot took a little while but otherwise all OK.

• Multi Storey I have used BCP several times and find the company fantastic, when I had to change the car details at short notice, this was completed easily and efficiently.

  Only one barrier meant 35 minute wait to get out of car park.

• Multi Storey The problem was on arrival at the carpark the procedure was not as described in the email - we had to scan the email and take a token but it wasn't very clear where the scanner was and the person speaking to us from the machine seemed as confused as us. Apart from that once we had parked it was fine and was quicker than parking off site with a shuttle bus - so now we know the procedure we probably would use it again.

• Multi Storey The car park was as good as described for convenience. I found the exit instructions a little confusing as I had to choose between 2 lanes and I wasn't sure which one when neither referred to pre-paid bookings

  Swipe on exit did not work on this occassion, but intercom help was fast and courteous.
