• Multi Storey When arriving at the multi storey car park the entrance barrier was blocked off by cones. No indications were given how else to access the car park. We ended up following the vehicle in front to another barrier! Alternative signs would have been helpful!

• Multi Storey The directions to the car park at term were not easy. When we arrived at 6am in dark conditions, we followed directions to terminal 1 departures going up the ramp to do so. When we got there, there was only entry to the drop off zone, the long stay barrier was coned off, we had to exit and ended up finding where we wanted more by accident than design. Apart from that all was very smooth

• Multi Storey Only issue is that there is no place to swipe my bookinng bar code at my local airports of Liverpool and Manchester(whatever the terminal) nor does entry ticket machine recognise my booking credit card so I always have to press emergency contact button to resolve. Entry and departure every time.I use service 10 times per year so this is a nuisance. Prices competetive though.

• Multi Storey Had trouble with the exit barrier - my card wasn't recognised - however, when I bleeped the intercom, I was instantly answered and after quoting my reference, I was allowed out. Excellent service!

• Multi Storey we again had a recurring problem with the ticket machine for entering and leaving the car park. We always pre-book and we insert the credit card at the entrance or exit (we have had problems with both) - nothing. We end up having to ring the help button with a queue of cars behind us. The barrier is then raised for us but why is there this problem practically every time we use the machine? Apart from that everything fine!

• Multi Storey Everything went very smoothly until I realised as I was leaving my hotel in Egypt that I had lost my car key. BCP went the extra mile and not only collected my key for me that someone had kindly found and handed into lost and found but then met me when I came off the plane to give it to me. Thank you very much BCP.
