• Multi Storey I parked in the wrong car park and the staff were very helpful in sorting me out. I like the service and would use again and this time try and get it right. The reason I went to the wrong car park was that was where sat nav took me. It would be a good idea to have seperate satnav address for each MSP at airports

• Multi Storey On entry the barrier would not recognise my credit card as recognition of booking (first time this has happened) and I had to press the buzzer to speak to somebody to get in.
  On return the barriers were up on departure so it was not necessary to contact the attendant again.
  Otherwise everything went smoothly.

• Multi Storey We booked the multi storey car park at T1 and i must say everything ran very smoothly. We just used the credit card at the barrier, parked up and then used the lifts to get to departures. The same coming home, lifts from arrivals straight to our car and then used our credit card to exit. I can't believe we have never parked here before as it is so easy, especially with children but i can assure you we will definitely be using BCP and parking here again.
