• Multi Storey Airport parking in T1 Multi Story level 9 went smoothly. Issue with payment although staff extremely helpful in resolving.

• Multi Storey Everything went smoothly except on leaving the car park the reg recognition camera on the right did not work. Tried to phone twice but no answer. Eventually reversed back and tried camera on left and barrier lifted but spent 10 minutes trying to get out. Could not get help.

• Multi Storey I booked a space at Manchester Terminal 1 multistorey but when we arrived we were denied entry as it was full. We were directed to the Terminal 3 car park instead. Finding our way to Terminal 1 departures was quite stressful although luckily we had allocated plenty of time. The return was even worse, in the dark, with no clear route signposted. Not what I paid for.

• Multi Storey Being greeted by a sign warning you of theft and vandalism in the car park is not the way to start a holiday.
  The car park was poorly maintained and filthy, rotten dirty.
  No staff visible.
  Signage extremely poor.
  I WOULD NOT USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND.

  And only a short walk to lift. On return 2 of the 3 lifts where being held on floor 13 which is a meet and greet level, this created some chaos on the ground and shouldn’t be allowed to happen.......

• Multi Storey All went well though we had to return via departures to collect something and it was difficult to get into the car park; we ended up walking up all of the ramps to level 9 as lifts were so busy and we couldn’t get one going up!
