• Multi Storey I’ve been using bcp for years but suddenly the price at Manchester airport has gone up drastically so will nie loo at other options unfortunately.

• Multi Storey One of the lifts was broken, and I believe the other two weren't working at optimal level ie they were slow and not arriving when called.
  I left my friends and used the stairs to the next level, got lost, asked advice, got sent the wrong way and finally got to the departures desk still arriving before my friends who hung around for lifts.
  Taking the stairs didnt bother me but it wouldnt have been an option for people who were less mobile or who had large suit cases.
