• Multi Storey The entry and exit was perfect but I struggled to find my space or any space but I did in the end. There was a fire in the multi storey while I was away but thankfully no damage to my vehicle

• Multi Storey No number plate recognition driving in. Contacted info centre told no problem. On trying to exit told need to pay £360 !!! rang car park assistant who sorted it out !! Very stressful.

• Multi Storey Despite giving the correct reg number my car was not recognised at the entry; I had to take a token and then ring for help. Coming out no recognition and again I had to ring to be let out. staff were very helpful but the stress this caused should be avoided. Why was my number not recognised?

• Multi Storey Unable to leave carport via right hand barrier as machine indicated Ito insert token even though I had pre-booked. Requested assistance neither the intercom or a worker manning a nearby barrier responded to me. Very poor and unhelpful especially when already stressed with extremely poor weather conditions.
