• Multi Storey We parked in the multi storey park, it's expensive but very convenient. We could not find a space easily though. On return only one exit barrier was working and we had to wait 10 minutes while 2 cars in front of us had trouble with paying and leaving. This was unsatisfactory and annoying and spoilt our usually good parking experience with BCP.

• Multi Storey Everything smoothly. The directions were accurate. The staff I originally booked the car park were excellent. The website is easy to navigate when I had to make changes.

• Multi Storey PLEASE DO PUBLISH THIS! An absolute disgrace . After paying for a supposedly ‘secure’ car park at what is advertised as a ‘Park Mark’ official airport car park at terminal one long stay at Manchester airport we arrive home to find ours and about 20 other vehicles broken into . I contacted Holiday Extras who promised that someone would come to see us . Nobody arrived and have heard nothing since . All I get is this automatically generated e mail together with a text asking for feedback from call... nobody has even bothered to call me in person . I will be taking this matter up further with yourselves, the airport and the trading standards relating to how a car park can be advertised as secure with a benchmark of’Park Mark’ that does t have cctv or security cameras and even after ours was reported there was apparantly further break ins on other levels later that evening

• Multi Storey As always everything went very smoothly. I’m a bit sceptical about the vehicle recognition system but it works every time. Pull up and the barrier raises, no token to keep safe, just drive out.

• Multi Storey Always book multi storey car parking as it’s easy, just drive up to barrier, number plate recognition, car is parked under cover, easy access to lift and departure terminal, no transfer bus is needed. 😊ðŸ‘
