• Multi Storey Everything went fine, apart from our flight being delayed. It would be useful if there was some way of being able to amend the booking in the event of flight delays so you were not hit with a large bill on the way out of the carpark

• Multi Storey Everyone in the multi storey went very smoothly. BUT major problem was the ridiculous traffic build up all queuing in the multi storey lane!! Although there are 2 lanes all the cars were in the right hand lane - due to lack of signposting and total confusion. This meant we queued for ages behind cars that, in actual fact , should have been in the left hand lane as they were only dropping off and not going into the multi storey car park! It wasn't the drivers fault - as lack of signposting or organisation of traffic meant no-one was clear about which lane they should be in. Hence all were in the right hand lane or some between 2 lanes blocking other drivers! This should be easy to resolve surely by proper signposting?..
