• Multi-storey East We had to call the staff up on the intercom as the barrier wouldn't lift with the token same happened last year but was soon sorted out.

• Multi-storey East Parking in the multi-story right across from the terminal made everything much easier than usual though, like idiots, we did forget briefly which floor we'd left the car on. A couple of the lifts in the car park were very dodgy.

• Multi-storey East Issues with getting in and out with the barcode. I've been in these car parks before and you roll up to the censor and it Automatically opens the gate in and out? This is the only issue I had

• Multi-storey East No. On my return I placed the token into the machine only to find that I had £480 to pay. When contacting the staff they asked me to report to the exit gate to sort out the bill. Having given the details off the confirmation print out and a long discussion they had no record of the booking. Fortunately someone in thier office decided to open the barrier and said have a save journey home.
  It wasn't very clear in the instructions that maybe I should have used the barcode on the confirmation to enter the car park. Never had this problem before on the other many occasions I have used bcp.
