• Multi-storey East I came back to find my car parked in a pool of water! Clearly the rain or other water source was pooling in that area. For the amount of money I paid I did not expect coming back to my car in the middle of a pool of water and having to step into it and get wet!
  As for booking with BCP, please make it clear that you charge for using credit cards. You were kind enough to refund me the fees, but I think for transparency you need to make this clear from the outset.I would have not booked with BCP as other sites do not charge for using credit cards.

• Multi-storey East We have parked at the Multi storey before and find it very convenient . Our only problem is following the signs on the way in. We never get it right first time and usually have to ask someone, but once parked up we are always glad that we are on the doorstep of departures, - and after a long haul flight it is so easy to get to the car and make a quick getaway home.I have recommended it to many others.

• Multi-storey East Minor problem with vacating the car park where token was not accepted and car park charge of £240 was requested prior to the barrier being raised. Pressed intercom button and spoke to member of staff who quickly resolved the issue and raised the barrier, however this was without apology or feedback to know why this happened to satisfy my wife who was getting rather irate as to why we were being asked to pay this amount

• Multi-storey East We found the multi storey car park at terminal 2 very easily. We followed the instructions and the barrier lifted straight away. Plenty of parking spots to choose from and the biggest bonus was that it was so close to terminal 2, we didn't have to wait for buses or anything. It was a 2 minute walk - perfect!
  Overall great service, would highly recommend.

• Multi-storey East Manchester terminal 2 multi storey was a little confusing to find as there is another multi-storey right next to it which I almost turned in to at first. Then on arriving at barrier of correct one I double checked by pressing buzzer which was quickly answered by staff who could confirm I was in the correct location. I should have realised as barrier lifted on number plate recognition.
